• We are seeking a recruiter who will be responsible for finding qualified and talented candidates for various positions in our company. The applicant should have experience recruiting in US markets.
• This is a full time vacancy and will require 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will need to work from 8 a.m. Arizona time to 5 p.m. with 1 hour break, Mondays-Fridays. Our goal is to develop a long-term working relationship with the right person.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of full-cycle US recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Suite, navigating CRM software and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently delivering recruitment targets.
Responsibilities:
• Expert in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable on phone and enjoys talking with people.
• Knows how to find talent on various platforms (onlinejobs.ph, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs - MS Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
